How long is the coaching program?
The standard High-Performance Coaching program consists of 12 weekly sessions, with options for ongoing support beyond the initial program.

Is High-Performance Coaching the same as therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy. While therapy often focuses on healing past traumas, coaching focuses on optimizing present performance and future success. If you’re looking for mental health support, therapy might be more appropriate. If this is the case, let me know—I may be able to help you find a provider. 

 

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

How do virtual coaching sessions work?
All sessions are conducted via phone or video call, making it easy to connect from anywhere. You’ll receive calendar invites with meeting links (if relevant), and follow-up worksheets will be provided after each session.

 

What are the worksheets provided after each session?
The worksheets are designed to reinforce key takeaways and deepen your learning. These materials help you apply insights from coaching to real-life situations, ensuring you stay on track.

How much does coaching cost?
After your strategy session, if we determine that you're a good fit, we’ll discuss the best options for your goals and budget.

 

Do you offer group coaching or workshops?
I do not offer group coaching at this time, but check the Events Page for upcoming workshops.

 

Can I book a single session instead of a full program?
High-Performance Coaching is most effective as a structured program, so single sessions aren't available. However, after your strategy session we can discuss the best path for you.
